You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify hoki7 of any unauthorised access.

In cases of banking system delays outside hoki7's control, processing may take up to two business hours. hoki7 is not liable for deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, criminal activity, or in breach of any applicable law will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
hoki7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside hoki7's control.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the applicable KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. A Player's real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance subject to pending wagering requirements) is withdrawable at any time subject to the minimums and maximums specified in the Cashier section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. hoki7 reserves the right to request additional payment verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or unverified payment method.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds remain in the Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn.
hoki7 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering anomalies, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account play, and using a single IP address or device across multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred, hoki7 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account.
Players may hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus wagering requirement is incomplete will cause the original bonus to be forfeited unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki7 excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, hoki7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
hoki7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached this Agreement; (b) your account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) closing your account is required by applicable law or a regulator's instruction; or (d) continuing to operate your account presents an unacceptable risk to hoki7 or other Players.
Upon termination for cause, hoki7 may forfeit any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from promotional play, and may withhold real-money Balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hoki7 customer support via live chat. Before closing, any pending Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited. Your real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki7 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless an applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
